Description:

The Humvee, named after its military designation HMMWV, is the US military's four-wheel drive utility vehicle. It's been produced in massive numbers and served in every major US conflict in the last thirty years.

PRIMAL Assessment:

Some limitations include a cramped interior given its large external dimensions, and weak protection from mines and improvised explosive devices, even in up-armored variants. The Humvee is available as a civilian road vehicle however its poor fuel consumption, ponderous road performance, and cramped interior makes it a very unusual choice.
