The UMP45 is the modern version of the famous MP5. Lighter, cheaper, and more reliable, it fires a bigger .45ACP round making it heavier hitting than the old 9mm, especially when used with a suppressor and subsonic rounds.

PRIMAL Assessment:
A solid sub-machinegun, the UMP45 is the close-quarter battle weapon of choice for PRIMAL operative Ice. It is more maneuverable than a short-barreled assault rifle and has less likelihood of over-penetration, useful in a hostage rescue situation. The other PRIMAL operatives generally prefer smaller sub-machineguns that are more easily concealed such as the MP7. |
